1. Who we are
This website, the online stores and product pages linked to it, and the sale of all their products and services are operated by Qualitas Interactive LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1603 Capitol Avenue, Suite 413A #2778, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States. 2. Acceptance
By making a purchase on any of our sites you accept these Terms, together with our Refund & Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy, which form part of this agreement. Please read them before completing your order.
3. What we sell
We sell two types of products and services:
- Digital products: downloadable ebooks, guides and printable PDFs. Each product page describes the content, the price and the currency before payment. No physical products are shipped.
- Marketing services: paid advertising campaigns for businesses, quoted and agreed in writing with each client before any payment.
4. Delivery
After payment, digital products are delivered by email to the address entered at checkout, within 1 hour. The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and checking the spam folder. Full details in our Refund & Delivery Policy.
5. Price and payment
Prices are one-time payments. We do not sell subscriptions or automatic renewals, and we never charge an amount the customer has not authorized. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card data. The final amount and currency are always shown before payment. The charge appears on the card statement as QUALITAS INTERACTIVE.
6. Refunds
Digital products include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, with no questions asked, as described in our Refund & Delivery Policy. For marketing services, refund terms are those set in the written proposal agreed with each client.
7. Promotions
Discounts, bonuses or special prices are valid only as described on the product page at the time of purchase.
8. Intellectual property and license
All content we sell (texts, images, designs and downloadable files) belongs to Qualitas Interactive LLC or its licensors. The buyer receives a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license. Files may be printed for personal use but may not be resold, shared, copied, published or redistributed, in whole or in part, without written permission.
9. Results and limitation of liability
Our digital products are informational and educational. Results depend on each person and are not guaranteed. Nothing we sell is financial, legal, medical or investment advice. Our liability is limited, in any case, to the amount paid by the customer.
10. Customer obligations
- Provide accurate information and a valid email address at checkout.
- Be 18 or older, or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
- Use the purchased material lawfully and according to these Terms.
- Contact our support before opening a dispute or chargeback with the bank.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version that applies to each purchase is the one published on this page at the time of purchase. Changes do not apply retroactively.
12. Governing law and contact
